If you're completely new to eBay then there are a lot of terms and acronyms that you probably won't understand right off the bat. I have decided to help you out a little bit by creating a list of the most used terms and acronyms in the world of eBay. Print this article out or bookmark it so that you'll have a good reference next time you read something that you don't quite understand.
Bid - The amount you're willing to pay for an item.
Dutch - A type of auction where more than one of the same item is listed for sale.
Feedback - The rating system that eBay uses to determine how smoothly transactions go for both the buyer and the seller.
Mint - An item in perfect condition.
Non-paying bidder: A bidder who bids on an auction, then after winning it, does not pay for the item.
NR - The acronym for 'No Reserve'. A listing where the seller has not set a reserve price.
NWT - The acronym for "New with Tags'.
